How to perform a corneal scrape
In reality, the scrape kit will be guided by the local microbiology laboratory
some people scrape with scalpel, others with needles some people give recommendations about the scalpel type, but the utility of this remains unclear
Do I use one blade or a different blade per scrape? where is the evidence/justification behind this?
How do I properly incubate the scrape onto the agar? What pattern?
Something about scraping the base vs. not the base?, again where is the evidence?
